MAC's extensive product development group continually develops leading edge air valve technology. Possessing in excess of 70 patents, their strategy of producing only air valves and their accessories enables MAC to continually focus on developing innovative, high performance products specifically developed for special industries requiring unique solutions. Their goal is to design and manufacture fast, repeatable valves that don't stick, even in the harsh operating environments typically found in industry around the world.
In a further effort to control quality, delivery and cost, MAC manufactures internally the critical parts of their valves that effect operating performance. These include coils, dynamic rubber seals, as well as machining of valve bodies. Every valve is tested (100%) under extreme operating conditions to ensure that each product that leaves their factories will operate reliably in the harsh operating conditions typically found in plant environments worldwide.

Another example of MAC's innovation is their approach with customers. Instead of the usual claims others make, MAC uses highly sophisticated presentation tools to demonstrate and prove to customers their products' performance benefits. We at PSI are equipped and trained to use demonstration kits and animation software to educate customers on how air valves work, and why MAC designs their products the way they do.
